Drake’s POV-
After the car had been covered, Elijah, Hunter, and Kenneth split the bags and carried the chest between them, which allowed me to completely focus on carrying the sleeping princess in my arms. Elijah had instructed us to stay close together, and walk slowly. If he told us to stop, then that is exactly what we should do. He is the Prince and the Lycans on patrol will listen to him and stay clear if he tells them too. But if there is a search party going for us, it won’t be long until they find us. I just hoped that his parents believed exactly what Elijah would tell them. If not, we will most likely have problems.
As we walked back to the palace, Elijah walked by my side, carrying three bags, and asked, “How is she?”
