“Good morning Dr. Altman.” Catherine said as she encounters Henry in front of the elevator waiting for it.

“Good morning Dr. Stevens.” Henry said back with a smile on his face seeing her face looking so happy and at the same time he could feel something fishy towards her smile.

“Where do you usually eat for lunch?” Catherine said as the enter the elevator that shock him.

“I knew it.” Henry mumbled to himself.

He remembers, the smile she used to give him whenever she wants or need help from him that after the first three times, he got used to it, used to it enough for her to just blurt it out right after giving him her favor smile.

“I will not do it free.” Henry said giving her a knowing glance.

Catherine look back at him with surprised look on her face that is also mixed with disbelief but she chose to play it cool as she clears her throat and said “What is?”

“I know that.” Henry said pointing her face and swirl it around in front of her face and added “I know the meaning of this whole look. So, just tell me but be prepared with the payment.” Henry said with a smirk on his face.

Catherine looked at him with gaping mouth, seems to be speechless while she watches his finger twirling around on her face. But woke up by the last sentence he said which she retorted with “There is a payment?” which she exclaimed shocking the people inside the elevator.

She instinctively covered her chest with both of her arms while she gives him a kind of look that soon she regrets when Henry said “What is going on in that mind of yours? Are you not having enough?” with a low teasing tine which also frustrated her.

“Having not enough of what?” she exclaimed once again. That soon made her feel ashamed and suddenly lowered her voice while looking down.

Henry look at her with amusement as he smiles from ear to ear while seeing her earlobes so red this time. “have not enough of dates with that man who came to pick you up last time.”

Catherine looked up to him and she smiled and said “Oh, why do you want to know? Are you jealous?” while nudging his side.

“Why would I? It is just that your brain is acting weird so I just thought you are not having enough share of endorphins from your dates.” Henry said flatly while looking away from her.

Catherine stared at him, studied his face as smile slowly forming on her face and said “I do not want anything that big, so, please spare me some slack with the payment.” Looking away as well as he cheeks becomes red from her ear.

“Well, I will be the one to decide if it is something deserve to be cut some slack. And to find that out, we need to hear what is it from you.” Henry said in slightly mocking tone.

Catherine looked at her for a moment before she turned ahead and look up to see which floor they are now that she did not know anymore and said “I just want to treat you for lunch, in exchange for your stories of the past. But since you get to ask me for payment, I guess the lunch does not matter anymore.” Catherine said.

“I could just go and meet you whenever I want to hear some and just say yes to the payment.” Catherine said right after three elevator dings and opens the door when she started walking out of it together with other people getting off the same floor.

Henry looked at her, stared at her, her back which is going along the crowd until her silhouette is gone, completely gone from his sight.

Only then he realized the things that she said before exiting and that he did not get to say anything about it. Which made him chuckle to himself while he stood in the elevator waiting for his floor to arrive.

“That was so smooth.” Someone said when he was busy looking into nowhere that made him turn his head towards where the voice was coming from and is shock to see both of his intern and Catherine next to each other behind him.

Henry looked at them surprised but soon turned into a glare like they have a death wish before he said “Stitch your mouths or else I will staple them myself.” Before he walked away backwards while giving them death glare, frightening enough for them to hold their lips, tightly sealed.

Henry walked towards his office passing by Catherine's which he could not help but to take a peek if she is in there but she is not that surprisingly, he breathes out of disappointment which he is really surprised when he suddenly opened his eyes widely and said "What am I thinking?" under his breath and completely walked towards his office which is a few rooms away from hers.

"What are you doing here?" Henry exclaimed seeing a person, the reason of his disappointment breath and widening eyes because of surprised of feeling it.

“It seems that my morning surgery is cancelled which gave me some free time and since I could not wait for lunch any longer, so I decided to just come here and start with it.” Catherine said while walking around Henry’s office, taking a look of everything while making faces in each and every word she says.

“Oh, and you thought I would do it just because you are free when I have my morning rounds?” Henry said looking at her, staring at her, not putting away his gaze into each and every move and did not even miss any of her expressions that has been made in these few moments while he puts down his things, and removed his jacket without looking in his own movements.
