Episode 8

I woke up to the sun hitting my face and to a bunch of kisses, i knew they were the babies they are so lovable. "Good morning my little babies" "MA-MA, MA-MA" i loved them so much and i would do everything my power to protect them. "Okay sunshines lets get you washed and changed so we can eat breakfast so we can fly back home" i carried them both to the bathroom, i bathed them and put their outfits on. Adriano was in a black t shirt with camo jogger pants and Luna is wearing the cutest romper ever its camo as well i usually try to match them with a black head wrap and black sandals they look absolutely beautiful. But every time i look at Adriano i see Ace's face. And i cant help but think what would of been and what could of been. I know he would of been an amazing dad. Looking at how amazing they are i wonder if i made the right decision in keeping them from their father. Will they understand? Will they hate me? As i sit there and think my phone rings. its a text message 

Unknown: 

I woke up thinking about you.

Aria: 

Who's this?

Unknown: 

What? did you delete my number princess?

Aria: 

Ace why are you bothering me? i thought i made it clear last night.

Seconds after sending that text my phone starts to vibrate

"Hello?" "Hey baby" "Ace why are you calling me?" "Because i wanted to hear your voice mama" "well okay not you heard it now leave me alone." "What are you doing today?" "None of your business Romano" "Dont hurt me like that baby i just want to know what youre up to on such a fine day?" Well i have to fly back home in a few hours. "Oh no leaving so soon?" "Yes" "Let me take you out before you go baby" "I thought i made it clear to leave me alone" "You've made it clear but it doesnt mean im going to listen" "HA HA very funny well i cant i have to pack then head to the airport" "Fine i see you arent budging so ill let you go, see you soon baby" "Bye Ace" "Bye mama" I finished giving the kids breakfast and i made my way to my room and packed all of our stuff i was so happy my mom decided to come with us and watch them for me she was such a great help. i still had some time to kill so i decided to take the kids to the ice cream store in the hotel lobby. I got a vanilla ice cream with nuts for the kids. I sat them in a high chair and started feeding them when i start feeding Luna she absolutely loves it her eyes light up and giggles, i start giving some to Adriano but he doesnt have the same reaction he starts coughing and his eyes get teary, "Adriano baby look at me" his lips are swelling "MOM HURRY ADRIANO IS HAVING A REACTION" Im yelling for my mom who is at the gift shop next door she comes and grabs Luna as i take Adriano "Hold on baby we're gonna make it to the hospital." With him in my arms i run outside and to my luck Jaz is about to go in but see my face of desperation "Aria whats wrong?!" "Adriano is having a reaction please take me to the hospital!" "Hurry hurry get in the car" "Please calm down Aria he's gonna be okay we're almost there" "Oh please Adriano be strong for mommy we're almost there  say rocking him and holding him tight with tears in my eyes. We get to St. Mary's hospital and they take him from my arms and put him on a bed and rush him into the emergency doors, they stop me from going in and say i must wait. How could i sit here while my baby is fighting for his life i hold on to Luna because she is crying she senses somethings wrong with her brother. "Aria im gonna call Santiago, you try to calm down okay" i simply nod. Sitting in that waiting room seems eternal. 

Ace POV:

We're sitting in my home with Santiago talking about our businesses when suddenly his phone rings and he says its Jasmine. "Hey baby you okay? " "Okay okay calm down which hospital ? Is Aria okay?" As soon as i hear Aria's name i jump out of my seat my heart drops the thought of Aria being hurt makes me sick to my stomach. "Okay baby im coming" "I got to go Ace" "Is Aria okay?!" "I just have to go Ace" "f*****g answer me Santiago!" i was yelling. "I cant!" "Why the f**k not?!" "I just cant now i have to go" "Well im coming with you" He saw i was as serious as can be so he didnt argue with me and we got into my car and made our way to the hospital. I was doing 100 mph in a 40 mile zone but i didnt care Aria could be hurt. "Wait for me here Ace" "To hell i am Santi" We go inside and i see Aria with her head in her knees sobbing and Jasmine rubbing her back. Santi runs to her and she immediately hugs him. Then she sees me and her expression is a worried look, at the moment i make my way to Aria i kneel infront of her and she looks up "Ace?! what are you doing here?" "Jasmine called Santi and i thought you were hurt" i thought she was going to reject me or tell me to leave but she hugged me and sobbed into my neck all i could was hold her tight, i dont know who's the one thats hurt but it seems like it someone very important to her. I start to rub her back, "It's okay mama let it out im here" i kiss her head and she hugs me tighter. After a few seconds she releases me and in between sniffles she lets out an apologetic shy giggle, " i made your shirt wet" i was wearing a white button up shirt and black dress pants. "its okay baby dont worry about it" When i see her arms relax a little i sit next to her and pull her close "Who are you here to see baby girl?" she looks up to me with worried and terrified as soon as she says that a doctor comes out "The parents of Adriano" I look around since we are the only ones in this waiting room, Aria releases herself from my grasp "He's my son" she says i look at Santi and Jasmine who are looking at each other avoiding my eye contact "Your son ?" i say. She looks back "Y..Yes" "Ma'am he had an allergic reaction to peanuts, we're you aware of this ?" "No i didnt i take him regularly to the doctor and no one has ever said that to me." "Well it could just be he just developed it, are you or the father allergic to peanuts ?" "I'm not, but im not sure if his dad is" "Okay well it could be highly possible that it's hereditary since he is just now developing it. I'm gonna keep him over night to monitor him, he is asleep right now an is being transferred to a room once he's there you can see him" "Okay thank you doctor". The doctor walks away and she has no option but to turn around. "You're a mom?" "Y.YeYes" she's trembling right now.  "I think we're gonna let you two talk" says Santi and they excuse themselves. "Youre married ?" "No" "Then who's the father ? why didnt you tell me you moved on?" right when she was gonna answer the nurse came by,"Aria you can see Adriano" "okay thank you" she turns to me, "come in with me and ill show you" We walk in the room and theres a baby maybe a year or 2 old he's alseep, hes so adorable. "This is Adriano.. Adriano Valentino..Romano".
