Thorn’s POV:
I was lying in bed next to Rose, stroking her back while she was sleeping and reflecting on the last couple of months. It had been months since the night the order attacked us. We had disposed of all the bodies and laid a false trail. I had a feeling that there were some members of the order left, so I sent a couple of my warriors to watch the house where Duncan was kept. The house still stood empty, but I was hoping someone would return.
Duncan and his pack had moved into the Estate that I gifted him and Emma. They were prospering and growing fast, as Emma was currently expecting her first child.
When news of Rose’s pregnancy reached my mother, she decided to join us in England. She wouldn’t be in time for the birth of my twins but we were hoping she would be here
