Weird!!

||Aster's POV|| The first translation caught me off-guard,and it made my interest in the weird triangular object I had inherited as a family heirloom, rise. I grabbed the notepad from the side table, and one by one translated the 3 sentences, carved in golden letters on the black pyramid shaped object's wall. After translating the other two lines and then rearranging them one after another,it was like this; "When the rare blood dropped on the top,the door to after-life would re-open. The curse would be dispelled on Alfea's sinners, untill the heart is owned. The lost spirits shall return!" What does even that mean?I tried setting the sentences in different sequences but this one seemed most close to making sense. Alfea's sinners? Lost spirits? Door to After Life?! What did those even mean? The whole thing still felt weird and meaningless to me...I huffed with irritation as I carelessly threw the object on another couch. What a waste of time! The fact that nothing about it made sense irritated me so much that I didn’t bother to decipher whatever it was written on the stanza, under the surface of the little pyramid. Yawning, I lied down on the couch and drifted off to sleep... ~~~~.~~~~End Of POV~~~~.~~~~ The sun had set almost two hours ago,in a house of the small town named Floriscia, a single soul breathed on the living room's couch. Her body flinched time to time,as drops of sweat formed on her forehead, and she mumbled in an unknown language in her sleep as nightmares, more like weird fragments of horrible scenes chased her. One time she was in a battle ground... Another time she was running while something growled and chased behind her... Another time she was falling from the top of some hill, and ut felt like eternity as she floated down, death scaring her to her core... "Noo..." With a subtle scream, her eyes jerked open, her breaths came out as pantings and her body trembled as, her eyes scanned the dark room.It took her a few minutes to get a grip on her breathing,as well as her speedily beating heart... Aster wiped the sweat drops on her forehead, her throat felt dry...The horror and ominous feeling that she felt through her dream was so dreadful but so realistic, that her body was still quivering, unable to get out of the vast shock and trauma... After a few deep breaths, she slowly looked around her to finally realize where she was... It was the house where she lived all her life, but for some reason the atmosphere felt unknown to her... She pushed her body and sat straight on the couch...It was already dark outside. How long was she asleep? Twisting and yawning, Aster stood up,with the thought of turning on the lights... The moment her hand reached the switch, she paused... All on a sudden...a faint music had started to play followed by a faint light, that started to lighten the room, making Aster halt abruptly. The source of the music and light was coming from behind her,but there was none except her in the house... Thump... Thump... Thump... Her heart started drumming so fast against her rib-cage, that it would've exploded any moment now.Gulping down a vast amount of her nervousness, slowly, she turned to face the source. Her legs felt weak as she moved, and was instantly startled by what she saw. To her surprise, it was the weird object she bad inherited earlier...With unsure, shaky steps she moved forward, while her heart beat went haywire and her breathing fastened... But with each step that she took towards the couch, her fear and anxiety decreased and she moved forward as if she was possessed. There was something about the music and that bright, but warm light, that was inviting her in. In her mind,Ms.Macbeth's warning rang, but the music was too loud now,too much inviting... Aster took the object in her hand and her vision turned hazy as if the world around her was swirling and she was floating in it,as if suddenly all the gravitational laws by Newton were no longer applicable. Automatically, her lips opened and closed chanting some mantra in a language, she didn’t know. In front her eyes, the lid on the top of the pyramid opened, revealing a sharp, needle-like endge. It glistened with the light, and the room filled with whispers of unknown voices. "Prick your palm on it..." Each of them murmured the same thing as if cheering Aster to do so... It was a weird thing to do, but by then Aster had already lost the ability to be rational, she was not in control of her actions anymore. She stared at the sharp needle like object, not blinking at all.Her stare was so distant that it felt like she was not there anymore. Slowly, her other hand moved towards it,and placed it's palm over the sharp edge and without any thought she robotically tapped on the sharp point. Not a faint scream leaving her throat, she stood there without even flinching as if in a trench. Warm liquid dripped on the pyramid looking object, stopping the music;while the light emitting from it grew more untill there was nothing but vast white... With a thud, the girl's body dropped on the floor,unconscious...Unknown to the fact that;outside the house, the flow of wind had changed and suddenly the weather had turned crazy. The sky drizzled with red light, as if inferno was trying to infiltrate earth through the sky! ||Aster's POV|| My eye-lids ached as I tried to open them, only to shut them abruptly. So bright!! Every part of my body was hurting,as if I was hit by a truck. On the second try, I successfully opened my eyes... I was on the floor of our living room,a blanket was placed on me and under my head there was a pillow. Strange! I didn't remember sleeping here... Smell of fried egg, invaded my nostrils and slowly; I got up,and walked towards the kitchen. "Rise and shine, kiddo." Emily greeted her as she moved around the kitchen. I rubbed my eyes, only to flinch... Ouch... My left hand had a cut on the palm...When did this happen? Weird... Smiling I walked into the kitchen and poured myself a glass of water. "When did you come here?" I asked Emilia, who was now making tea. "Oh...I called you several time last night, you didn’t pick up and I tried early in the morning too.Because it was a weird stormy night,I was worried so I used your spare key and came here to find you sleeping on the floor like a Boar." Emilia chuckled. I groaned... That was embarrassing!I didn't remember sleeping on the floor! The last thing,I remembered was drifting of on the couch after I did that weird google translation... All on a sudden it hit me, moments of what happened after I had woke up last night, flickered infront of my eyes like a flash back... The glass dropped from my hand, echoing through the kitchen, and shattered into several pieces as unimaginable dread erupted inside me. Emilia ran by my side,"What's wrong?" She asked, concern written over all her face. I looked at her then at the direction of the couch and then again looked back at her.For a second,I was so scared that I went into a frenzy. Emilia shook me by holding me by my shoulder. "Aster,Aster...Are you okay?" Finally,my daze was broken and when it did,my mind flowed with different actions and I ran towards the couch.Searching the only the thing that could answer the events of last night, but it was nowhere to be found. "Em, have you seen a triangular pyramid looking object on the floor when you came in?" I shouted, moving desperately here and there, trying to find it. "No...Was it something important?" Emilia asked but her answer didn’t reach to me at that moment as I searched for it, scattering everything like a lunatic.... It was as if my life depended on that very search!!!
