Let the past stay in the past

(Freya's POV)

    I pop my stiff neck as I step in to a boiling shower the hot water relaxing my tight muscles, it had been a long day and honestly far too much information for me to wrap my mind around. I kind of got the whole twin souled thig and I was cool with it even though it changed everything that I had learned in the past about mates. I sigh as I start to massage my shampoo into my scalp the mint scent relaxing me further. Leaning my head back under the faucet I let the water wash my hair clean my eyes squeezed s**t tightly.     "No Alexander we really don't have to. What you saw is from the past can't we leave the past in the past?" I ask Irritation mounting with every word we shared.

    "If you don't talk to me then I'll get Axel involved." I sigh and rip my shirt off showing him my back. There crisscrossing along my skin were scars, every inch of my back had thick white lines permanent reminders of my past. 

    "How?" was all Alexander could ask, as I feel his hands slowly trace over the marks. 

    "When my dad really wanted to punish me for what ever I did wrong that day he would whip me is that a satisfactory enough answer for you?" I snap glairing at alexander,

    "Those would have healed in seconds how are you so scared?"

    "The whip was laced with silver tips that were meant to rip the flesh and wolfs bane mixed with small amounts of silver was rubbed into my wounds after he was done." I snarl storming out in to the hall way. Why couldn't he leave the past in the past? I wonder sadly to my self as I leave the pack house running off in to the woods surrounding it.
