Boom-Boom parked the Jeep down the hill and the two of them walked up. Ray didn’t like that he was making a habit of venturing into the wilderness with people he couldn’t completely trust. He still didn’t know how he was going take down Malkin and his whole f****d up operation. All Ray knew was that this was the path he was on. Whether he was being manipulated to carry out some megalomaniac’s grand scheme, or if it was just a plan to get Ray out of the way while they figured out the best way to kill him, finding the last man with a Bear tattoo seemed like the best course of action. Either he could recruit this guy to help him take down the Bear or he could reason with whoever was taking out the tattooed criminals and get them to redirect their homicidal efforts.
