"Who is this girl Isaac? Why is she here?" Sofia was looking at her with frightened eyes
"Relax dude. She just wanted to see you."
"Tell her to get out of here. I don't want to meet anyone ... please tell her to go ... and this light ... turn off the light ... Isaac please ..."
"No worries, Sofia." He patted her shoulder.
"Tell her to go ... go from here ..." Maria stood motionless, watching Isaac talking to himself. There was no one in bed, so who was he talking to? Of course everyone was right. He was mentally ill.
"There's nobody there. Believe me, Isaac! Sofia is no more in this world. It's just your delusion." He looked at her in shock.
"Why isn't she leaving Isaac? She will separate me from you. Get her out. Get her out ..." She was shouting.
"You must go now, Maria." He spoke harshly.
"Isaac, please tell me what the condition is. Please?"
"Why is she still there ??? Isaac ??? Don't tell her anything. She wants to take me away from you. Don't trust her. She's a liar." She was shouting in a delusional manner. Her eyes were boiling outside. It was hard for Isaac to handle.
"Isaac ... Sofia is dead. That's what your neighbors, parents, doctors all say. It's just your delusion."
"Just shut up." He ran down the throat. She was shocked.
"Go away"
"But my husband, help him." She pleaded.
"Go ... now" He didn’t want to listen her. She came out helplessly looking at him.

He was lying on the bed wrapped in many drains and wires. Maria held his hand nearby and sat silently watching him.
"What's going on, Neil? Have you really started all this? Some of you are just like Sofia ... no ..." She had a tingling sensation. It was fresh in her mind last night.
He was riding on the chest of a monster. She was screaming for help with her injured hand. When she saw the door open and the nurse coming in, at the same time, it all disappeared.
“That monster ... That animal…”
"What happened? " The nurse was asking and she was looking at her like a hook.
"That ... that black bit ... that beast ... that was just here ... that ... stratum ..." She had no head or feet.
"You've been up here all night with your husband. You've been having Hello Nations.” She extended her arm.
"And this wound ??????"
"You must have been hurt. Look, there are surgical instruments lying around. This happens when you are sleep deprived. We hurt ourselves."
"But he ..."
"Miss Maria! You go home and go to sleep. Go ... I'm here ..."
Neil was unconscious again.
Everyone was saying that she was hesitating in vain. He is not alive. She should now make his death easier. And even thinking about it, her heart seemed to stop.
"Get well soon Neil ... I'm tired of it all now ... please ..." Tears welled up in her eyes, she wiped with back of her hand.
۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔
He was lying quietly.
The mind was in a strange conflict. The one who was alive in front of her, had been with her for so many days, how could she be just an illusion?
And today was not the first time she had not seen Maria. Even on that day, when Dad came, she was not seen by them.
"She's dead Isaac. I buried her with my own hands. How can she be alive?"
And she was sitting in front of him, shouting.
"Tell them to go. Look, I'm alive, I have you. Why do you need to ask someone else? Am I not enough for you?" He asked his dad to go and they left calling him crazy.
He didn't even see his uncle. His neighbors used to say that he was just an illusion. The doctors believed the same.
"Post-traumatic stress disorder. Your mind is in Daniel. You are not ready to believe that she could die. Your brain has fabricated a story that she is alive."
He could not explain his point to anyone, so he gradually left them all. Stop talking about this topic. She was alive for him, she was at home, and that was enough.
He was thinking the same thing when he heard the sigh. Sofia got out of bed. He just lay there. After a while, he turned his head and looked. She had left the room. He got up slowly and came out. There were knocking noises in the kitchen below. He stood on the last step and peeked. She was throwing things out of the fridge as if looking for something.
She had just thrown away the leftover pieces of meat. There was no such thing in the fridge anymore.
Then he heard her screaming as if she is very hungry and angry when she doesn't get anything. Her hands were stiff and the veins in her neck were tense. While walking like this, she went to the kitchen and silence fell. She had disappeared from his sight.
He came down the stairs and stepped forward. Reaching the kitchen, he peeked inside.
She was climbing on the kitchen slab. He saw that she was about to catch a lizard crawling on the wall. Raising her hand slowly, she swooped down and overpowered it.
Isaac grunted.
Now she was looking triumphantly at the lizard that was tormenting her. She moved her tongue over her dry lips and held it close to her mouth. Isaac held his hand tightly to his mouth and stopped.
She had chewed its head.
Isaac thought it would turn her upside down. She swallowed the rest of the remaining lizard at once.
He moved away from the door and leaned against the wall, taking deep breaths. Did he really see all that?
She was screaming inside again.
Isaac pulled the phone out of his pocket at the thought.
