chapter five: problem solved

Stella, Romans, office assistant was reading his shedule out to him when Imani entered.

Roman: Stella, you may leave now .

Stella: alright sir. She walked out without hesitation.

Imani: its a good way to start a day . She said observing the office space, amd its a good place to have the kind of meeting we are about to have.

Nobody, will know anything about whats happening between us. Roman, tauted.

Imani, infuriated, she bursted" there is absolutely nothing happening between us" .

Roman: oh yeah, there is, though it is fake

Imani: right about now, there is nothing, pacing she began. However, there could be, if you would just agree to the condition.

Roman: do you know why i want to fake my marriage ? Now he was standing, walking closer to her, the closer he got the more she stood her ground.

Imani: I believe, that you do know my occupation Mr Sterling, with that you should know that i am not a mind reader. And this your flirty attitude needs to stop because, its so unprofessional.

Well, you never gave me the time to tell you that.he said leening back on the table right in front of her.

I believe that , that is the reason we are here.she replied.

Well, i need time to find someone suitable for a wife and one year is not enough.

How would you know if you never even try? See , mr Sterling, i need this deal as much as you do ,but i am not desprate, I can always find another way ----and so can you so dont play that game that you are trying to plat it would not work with me.

So are you saying that if after a year of this fake marriage i do not find a wife, you could make it two.

I believe that one year is more than enough time for a man like you to find his granny a bride as much as it is for me to prove to my mum that marriage is not for me .However, for the benefit of our partnership, i will consider that.

No, say you totally agree with me on that.because it will be so unprofessional of me to believe you without evidence. Roman replied, naggingly.

So i will just add that to the paper.And we shall finally be done with this and get going for i have other important duties to attend to.

This is not all, he said stopping her from leaving.there is still the merging to discuse. And everything that i know about you says that you dont like that at all.

Well, if the marriage can be faked, why cant the merge? She replied fiercely.

Because , my granny would not buy the marriage so easily, expecially when its with some one like you.

So if thats the case the merge is not an issue but i will reserve some for in case of any future disasters.

ROMAN: well i guess our problem has been solved. So now when shall we pay my granny a visit? My love.

Imani: you are crossing the line.we only do things like this in the public.

Roman: i need to practice, before the public.

Imani: do whatever but dont flirt with me or i might forget all about this whole thing and do something that is completely off.

Roman: maybe we should seat and have a very calm headed conversation on this whole thing so to know what to do one after the other.

Imani: thats actually the best thing you have said today. So do you have any friends .

Roman: yeah, he answered questionly.

Imani: do they know that the wedding is fake?

Roman: yeah, Max, he came back yesterday.

Dont worry, you dont have to explain anything, i also told my friend Amara. However, i wish that no one else knew, because you will never know who can do anything

Roman: that is a fact, so i guess from here we share our plans and see how things go?

Imani: yeah, i will share mine shortly.

Well its seems like they finally had a logical
