He took a sit in front of my desk and we started discussing about business.
I was at first shocked that he had arrived so quickly because my secretary had only got back to him about five minutes ago that he could come over.
Seeing him here not long after made me wonder if was in the neighbourhood before.
It was as if he read my mind and he knew what I was thinking because he gave me the right answer to my bother.
Sorry for coming into your office on just short notice, I was actually in the neighbourhood and I thought that I'd reach out to you to know if you are available so we could discuss our partnership progress.
