Preparation before Chaos returns

Suzy left the Country grounds after hearing the news from General Spud, though she didn’t just walk out of the area, she went up to the houses and jumped around them to get to the Southeast section of the Country.

Faro followed her since he wants to help her.

Only we are the only one that was successful in attacking? There’s no way, why did they decide to go in, I know that they will stop in the middle after they’ve made some progress but they didn’t; I know that she’s the one that was organizing the attack but why did she think that can be helpful? They know fully well about the Gallant, I don’t understand.

Suzy is asking herself in her thoughts thoroughly to the point that he can’t hear Faro calling him.

Suzy! Madam Suzy!

Faro is calling her while following her.

Suzy continues jumping and moving around the roofs of the building, ignoring Faro’s call because she’s deep in her thoughts and her focus on quickly arriving at the Southeast section of the Theist Country.

After a few minutes of Suzy jumping over the houses to get to the Southeast section and Faro following her, they arrived at the section of the Country.

When they arrived there, the Southeast section was damaged greater than the previous occasions.

What in the world? They’ve caused this much damage?

Suzy asked herself after arriving at the scene.

It seems that without you, the Zion Village is left unsupervised; even I know we can’t do this much with me in the Auden warriors, even with my father going all out.

Faro said after arriving at the scene as well.

Are you assuming that there could be someone that triggered them to do this? But even so, there is no way that they have the power to do so, without me or my brother, that is.

Suzy asked him, telling him that this occurrence is impossible without her.

Maybe there is someone as strong and powerful as you and your brother, we are not the only continent in this world, so it would be obvious that there is someone stronger than us.

Faro said.

Suzy said, asking him.

Faro answered her question, suggesting that idea.

Suzy said, asking him again.

He will allow it, I am one of his highest honored Commanders, I didn’t earn that title randomly, and being the North section’s Commander is a tall order.

Faro said, answering Suzy’s questions and worries.

After a few minutes of walking, the two of them arrived at the Village, of course, Suzy was greeted by the Village.

Faro only has an hour before midnight arrives so he needs to quickly help them.

Suzy asked them many questions.

We were already attacking the Southeast section, but the chaos inside the Country happened when we’re still outside the Country, none of us have entered or infiltrated the Country and I certainly didn’t order our warriors to infiltrate the Country since I know that’s a suicide, so we decided to charge forward after their warriors retreated, and so many people inside are shouting that it is our fault, I wish we have the power to do such a thing, but that didn’t just cause our victory…

Chief Lady Hopei explained, but Suzy followed.

But also put a target on us since we dealt the most damage and we are the only one that was successful with our attacking.

Suzy said.

We are the only ones?

The Elders and the Chief Lady were shocked by this.

The Zion Village will be huge targets for the South and the East for sure, though I’m not sure if the other sections will try, we need to have you all prepare as much as possible.

Faro said.

Not yet, does anyone know who caused this?

Suzy asked the Elders and Chief Lady Hopei.

I don’t know, I don’t know anyone that can put the Southeast to that state, I know you’re the strongest in the village, Madam, but I am smart enough to know that you can’t do such chaos on your own.

Chief Lady Hopei answered.

I know you and your brother could, Suzy, but seeing the chaos from here, it seemed that you will do this stealthily, what happened there is not your doing, I know that much.

The Elders know us too much.

Suzy said.

I wonder if this brother of hers is as strong as her in physical or in magical since I know siblings of the same level usually are opposite, both in personality and abilities, but I know they can still have something similar even if they’re just specs of them since they are siblings.

Faro thought.

So how are we going to prepare for their attack? I’m sure they will bring out everything they had on us.

We will not prepare as much, I need you all to be prepared to be infiltrated, I need all of the villagers to enter their bunkers and have all of the warriors around the Village, not just around the village, but inside as well, Faro, can you help the weapon masters prepare all the weapons they need? They will need not just swords, but also shields or spears since we will be fighting all the time, and the supports will do their job now, so you will have to start immediately because after the sun rises, you can’t help any more than that.

Suzy explained as she tells the others the plan she made.

How many warriors do you have?

Faro asked her as he stood up to follow the weapon masters that are in the Tower.

Suzy said, but she got interrupted.

Chief Lady Hopei was surprised, asking Suzy.

You can help, but you will not help yet at the start, I’m not trying to show off my abilities by fighting on my own, I’m telling them that fighting them on my own is my way of saying that we are not the ones that brought chaos to the Southeast section of the Country.

Suzy replied, answering her questions.

Then what will be this important mission you will bestow me?

Chief Lady Hopei asked her.

If there is the chance that I die against the Theist Country, I will give you two options to do, and you can do other options if you can find more, but I will provide you with two, if I die only, you can continue the fight for the sake of the Zao God’s morals, or surrender to end the fight quickly for the sake of the Village’s safety, that’s all up to you, that is my mission for you, Chief Lady Hopei, you get to choose one of the two options I gave you or find one on your own and follow that, but that is only if I died, do I make myself clear?

Suzy explained, she then asked her afterward.

This is a very heavy and important mission, I’m guessing the past Chiefs had a hard time deciding, but I’m guessing from what Madam said about the past Chiefs, they’ve died following it, which means they fought till the very end, but seeing that the Zion Village is still up, the Elders must’ve surrendered for them.

Chief Lady Hopei thought after hearing Suzy’s words.

I understand, Madam, I shall take this mission.

Chief Lady Hopei accepted Suzy’s important mission.

I’m glad to hear that, though don’t tell me what you chose to do, that will spoil the spirit of what we discussed, and I very much want that feeling to stay since I will be fighting alone tomorrow.

Suzy said after hearing her answer.

Madam, I have a question.

Chief Lady Hopei said.

What is it?

Suzy asked.

How many generations of the Village Chief have you met before me? I wanted to know.

Chief Lady Hopei asked her.

Chief Lady, not that much, that’s why I now regret telling this mission to them, it just means I can’t go back now, I must give this mission to you as well, now that you’re the Chief, I’ve met about 2 Chiefs now, you’re the third, anyway, let’s begin this preparation before midnight arrives.

Faro asked, teasing her.

Both of them laughed because they wanted to since that may be their last time talking to each other.

Anyway, the sun is rising, you should leave now, at least watch me from afar, I don’t know how you will do that, but I hope no one sees you.

Suzy said.

I don’t want to leave, really, but I must.

Faro thought

Faro said as he heads out of the Village on the other side, away from the Theist Country and the Zion Village.
