33To Molly’s delight, the cantine was packed a full half hour before showtime. Sensibly, everything was meant to be served at room temperature, so there was no worry about keeping food hot. To make things even easier, she decided to charge one rate for an hors d’oeuvres plate consisting of a variety of nibbles, rather than having people pick and choose.
