And I also heard someone, perhaps Axel or Elias, cautioning him, reminding him that no one can know that I am a Golden Wolf.
“We can’t get the Royal Healer or a Physician, My King.”
“Why the hell not? Do I watch her suffer?” Damien had yelled, causing my already banging head to ache even more.
“She’s self-healing because of her wolf’s energy, King Damien. Any Healer that checks on her will instantly know that she is a Golden wolf, and we can’t let that happen.”
