Mental health, a fragile thing, A treasure that we must uphold, Yet often it's overlooked and dismissed, Or hidden away, untold. The mind can suffer just like the body, With illnesses that are hard to see, Depression, anxiety, PTSD, All take a toll on our sanity. But we can't simply ignore the signs, Or brush them off as just a phase, For mental health affects us all, And deserves attention and care always. Let's break down the stigma and shame, And seek help when we're in need, For there's strength in admitting our struggles, And in seeking the support to succeed. We can't always control our thoughts, But we can learn to manage them well, And find the resources and tools, To overcome the darkness and prevail. So let's speak up, reach out, and listen, And prioritize our mental health, For a happy and healthy mind, Is the key to a fulfilling life and wealth. Mental health, a topic taboo, Silent struggles, only a few, A burden carried, hard to explain, Invisible wounds, causing much pain. Depression, anxiety, and so much more, Mental illness knocks at your door, It's not your fault, don't feel ashamed, Reach out for help, don't be afraid.
