This has to be a nightmare. A very terrible nightmare. It can't be real. I looked around me and everything is dark. The grasses are not green but an ugly brown colour. A forest. The trees like ugly shadows stretch across the field. Panic! What's this place? How did I get here? I have to get out of here. I willed myself to get up. To leave this place. My heart drumming in my rib cage and my throat dry. My head hurts with is relentless throbbing. That's when I heard the laughter. Loud. Dark. Evil. It sent chills down my spine. The evil is lurking in the shadows and it seems to be everywhere. My fear vanished for a spilt second and despite my hoarse voice I shouted.
"Who are you? Show yourself to me! "
Laughter followed.
"Show yourself to me! " that's when I saw the figure coming
