Nathan's POV One year,one measly year, that was how long my mom's relationship with her boyfriend,her so called one true love lasted.My mom has truly been laying low obviously because she was hurt and is trying to put her life back in order.She has been trying to reach out to us for over a month now but I just can't see the sincerity in her actions,she is only ready to make amends when it now seems unfavorable for her.My sister on the other hand is leaning a bit towards reconciling with her since my mom is suddenly pretty chill,having a close relationship with her husband and my girlfriend,I don't care about her actions now cause they seem perfunctory to me.As for my dad, he is still hoping we would come around,and accept his girlfriend who is getting more bold as the days go by.
