Judah's POV

This is the first time I have ever been in a relationship and I really wanted it work even though it felt doomed from the start.I felt as long as Julia and I were committed to making this work,it would. All we had to do was put off anyone or thing that could create cracks in our relationship and focus on the strong connection we have,building on it.I know I was rude a bit rude to cathrine but I just want her to be happy not with some dude who is trying to use her as a rebound.I know I initially wanted Catherine far away from Julia,but in my defense that's cause she tends to unknowingly trigger Julia's insecurities.I care about Julia a lot and she deserves full commitment in this relationship which was what I was ready to give.But as I kept noticing the frequent and incessant chatting between her and Tyler I was getting pissed,I had to confront her about it.She told me Tyler kept chatting her up,saying they could still be friends even though they weren't dating. After a while of thinking about it she felt there was no harm in that.I was not comfortable with that but Julia insisted saying he is just a friend just as Catherine is still my friend,this was becoming too messy but I learnt to deal it.I tried for a whole month to get to Catherine just to apologize and when I finally did I made her cry.

I felt my gut twist hearing her voice break knowing I caused that,so when she told me of Tyler taking her out,I was very careful not to say anything to hurt her, she is single and can date him not that the idea was palatable but I guess I have to swallow that cause I was dating some one else too, as I said goodbye to cathy Julia hugged me,jumping on my back. Soon our pillow fight began and at the end of it,she went off to check her phone, coming back she straddled me while I was on my back trying to catch my breathe while we laughed. After dinner Juls asked "was that Catherine you were talking to earlier" and I nodded confirming it was her "I wonder why she can't stay away from what's mine,its like she is obsessed with what I have" Julia said pissed "for the record, I was the one who called and I have been trying to get to her since that lunch date where we were kind of rude to her just to apologize so this has nothing to do with her trying to steal anyone from you,trust me Cathy isn't like that and I can't be stolen so chill" I replied "I wasn't rude to her babe I was simply saying things how I saw them,that's not being rude but truthful" Julia replied "why is she even going after Tyler,she is not his type and he won't look at her twice and my man is all mine so she should stop being needy" Julia concluded "who Cathy and Tyler hooks up with shouldn't be any of our business Juls,please stop" I said.

The next day I saw pictures of Cathy and Tyler were all over Catherine's page,I was pissed even though I had no right to be.Brushing it off,I dropped julia in school, went to work and that evening I was with the guys just chilling when Hansel brought up Cathy's post "So what do you guys think of the pictures Catherine uploaded" I simply shrugged and said "one of it is on the way to becoming the picture of the month on the app,are those two dating now",I asked "No idea" Andre and Hansel said "I do know from those pictures, he is making a move on her,are you ok with that Jude"Nathan asked me and I said "It's ok,I'm also in a relationship which is serious so as long as he is good for her and won't hurt her, fine" I said forcing those words out while Nathan laughed "is your girlfriend ok with it too,cause she isn't over that guy, we all can see clearly that even though you care about Juls,you are in love with Catherine" Nathan replied "back off,Man" I replied "Jude I know Cathy hurt you badly and you are scared of going through that again but I can see that it's still Cathy for you,no offense to Julia" Andre said "And trust me dude your girlfriend isn't over that guy,the conversations she has with the girls are not so flattering to you" Hansel concluded while I groaned.

"Natalie would be done with her finals next week and i'm getting her back, i've waited for so long and I won't waste one more day after that" Nathan said "About time" Hansel mumbled while Andre laughed "If you hurt my little sister again,I would break your arms,dudes aside" I said and seriously meant it "I understand" Nathan replied "so guys you all should know that Maria and I are dating" Andre said and we all laughed congratulating him,this dude has been through a lot.

I wasn't surprised the next day to see one of Cathy's uploaded picture winning the picture of the month but it didn't hurt any less.I was shocked,I felt I was falling in love with Juls so why am I feeling this way about Cathy.it didn't help that after Julia's exam she came over to my apartment screaming about how much of a slut Cathy was,how she was trying to spite her and how obsessed she was with everyone she was close to.I was shocked at her rage so I asked "why are you so bothered about this,I am your boyfriend remember" I said "I care cause he is my friend,since she can't get my boyfriend so she is trying to use my friend to spite me and she would end up hurting him can't you see it" she screamed, picking her bag she left my apartment slamming the door while I was still trying to process why she was reacting this way,I guess its cause he is her friend and she wants the best for him but I wish she could give Cathy some credit.

After Julia's finished her finals I took her out on date just to celebrate with her and as the day passed we were getting closer again until,we all went to the club to celebrate our friends being through with their finals,Tyler showed up turning my life into a complete mess.
