Mr Johnson's POV As I watched my son handle responsibilities,speak eloquently and even turn the merger around to our favour I can't help being nothing but proud of the man he has become.He is ready to handle the company whenever I choose to retire,it took him years to get to this point but finally he has exceeded all of my expectations.He has his own way of handling issue which although is different from mine but it's equally as effective.I can see nothing but respect in the faces of all the other board members, as it should cause I feel nothing but pure respect for him. He is ruthless when it comes to making business decisions but flexible when it comes negotiating,at the same time crafty and stern in securing the interest of the company.I was still basking in the feeling of pride when
