JOY'S POV

It's our sophomore year and i'm happy to be back. I've got tons of work from academic to my makeup gig.My business was growing while my bestie Natalie was now learning from me cause she is trying to have her own makeup and cosmetic line.I was so happy to hook up with Mr hot pants like Natalie always calls him.I wonder why she never asked for his name.

My phone rings and I got a call from Hansel asking if I would like to come to the club with him and his friends.I know he has two roommates but I've never met any. I asked if I could bring my bestie and he was ok with it.All I have to do now is convince Natalie to go with me.Mike is being a lame ass restricting her from talking to anyone he is jealous of.While I can sense the tension between him and Amy.

"No,No,No,i'm not going while I love to meet Mr hot pants,i'm not meeting him in a club" Natalie said "besides you know how Mike can be, he would throw a fit over me clubbing with other guys" she continued "But he clubs with other girls cause you've not been to the club with him since you started dating and he has been there multiple times with Amy,Anna and the rest of their f*****g crew" I replied."They are all friends Joy,we are their friend too,besides you know how things went south the last time I was at the club" she replied "I'll be there with you and once we are leaving you would leave with us,please Natalie I need my bestie you know I like this guy"I pleaded "Ok,but ones you guys are ready to leave i'm getting a cab back,I would not ride with you guys and be reduced to a third wheel" she said.

We picked out our outfit an soon we were ready to go,so calling a cab we left for the club.On getting to the club I noticed Natalie was nervous,I was too, cause I was meeting his friends and they were close.I hope everything goes smoothly. I gave Hansel a call and he directed me to the VIP section so Natalie and I made our grand entrance.Hansel quickly walked towards me,hugged and pecked me with his arm around my waist "how are you Joy" he asked "i'm fine, this is my bestie Natalie and Natalie this is Hansel" "wow!" Both of them said simultaneously "I can't believe this is seriously happening" Natalie said."hey dude,you need to introduce us to the chick that has got you twisted up" someone said behind us with another guy chuckling. Turning around I came face to face with Andre Martins,yes Andre Martins, this is f*****g crazy."Joy! are serous right now,this is awesome" Andre said smirking "Shut up Andre.this is already dramatic don't add to it" I replied. "Do you guys know each other" Hansel asked suspicious "hey nerd,you look lovely"Nathan said to Natalie "Don't start Nathan this is already awkward" Natalie replied and then turning towards us she said "Ok guys we are going to behave like adult,we would sit down and talk this out" she said, we all wanted to sit down until some b***h screamed making me turn "Take your slutty hands off my boyfriend w***e".

I was surprised to see that she was talking to me "Excuse me,where you talking to me" I had to clarify so I asked "Yes loser,you can't go around stealing people's boyfriend" she replied "shut up Amelia,we are not...." Hansel replied but was cut off by this girl whose name is apparently Amelia like he said "Exclusive, yes we are in an open relationship but that means you f**k other bitches and drop them.you don't bring them to the club.that's disrespectful babe" She said whining "is this seriously happening" I asked Hansel "Joy let me explain, she is nothing I mean nothing to me.I don't know her" he replied while Andre Smirked at me."Amelia you have five seconds to disappear before I have you thrown out of this club" Nathan said frowning.

Natalie quickly took over trying to calm everyone down she said "Andre stop being a d**k,Hansel I think you and Joy need to cool off, why not take a drink and take this pretty young lady to the dance floor so we all can cool off" I though that was a good idea beside we came here to have fun,sharing a drink with Hansel we hit the dance floor.After dancing for a while we were kissing and I was basically twerking on him,we decided to join the others.

On our way up we met Natalie talking to that girl Amelia. I heard Amelia saying "Even After warning you,you still plotted with your friend to steal my man" "there was no plotting" Natalie replied "I knew you were trouble when I saw you walking towards my guy's house but this won't be the end of this" she said walking away. "I thought you said you don't know her" I asked Hansel who was scratching his head in frustration,he said "please Joy let's talk about this calmly" that got Natalie and Nathan's attention.we moved to our VIP booth to sit down so we can talk about this.

"Someone start talking' I screamed "ok so Joy,Hansel,Nathan and Andre here are housemates" Natalie said "I already guessed that" I replied and Andre spoke next "Joy, Natalie and I attended same highschool and we're friends Hansel" "ok,I thought you guys hooked up or something"Hansel replied "About that,remember the girl I told you ripped my heart out,that was joy" Andre continued "was that necessary Andre" I asked he just shrugged, Nathan chuckled and said"this is so epic" while Hansel was pissed"I hooked up with Amelia twice and that's it"Hansel said still pissed."And was there any reason you denied knowing her,why didn't you correct that notion in her head that you guys were dating, this is embarrassing for me"I said irritated "Joy i'm sorry this happened,I never planned this,besides i'm also pissed,you are Andre's ex,who he probably f****d,I feel stupid too"Hansel replied.

"What where is this coming from,and how does that even compare.Anyway its cool I found out all this before things got serious, we are just f**k buddies right" I said irritated "stop Joy you f*****g know i'm attracted to you so stop this s**t you are pulling" Hansel said as I walked out with Natalie ,Nathan and Andre following us, "Please calm down Joy,was this what you wanted Andre.Haven't you moved on" Natalie replied as we all stepped out of the club,I guess our night is ruined. Nathan and Natalie kept whispering and I found that suspicious "Are we leaving Natalie" I shouted but Nathan insisted on driving us and I gave in when Natalie agreed to that.

Hansel's POV

I expected tonight to be fun,cause I love spending time with joy,cooking for her and talking to her so I expected clubbing with her to be nothing less. However the night was far from fun with Amelia ruining my night with Joy,to finding out Joy and Andre dated.This is so f*****g annoying, cause I keep seeing scenes of Andre f*****g joy and I keep wondering if she was going to do same thing she did him, to me.Right now she was fuming and wanted to go straight home.she and Natalie are riding with Nathan while Andre and I were riding separately.

Getting to our apartment, Andre stopped me and said "i'm so sorry for all the misunderstanding bro but when I said Joy ripped my heart apart,I never meant we dated or even f****d like you are assuming, I was just...... Jilted by her.Joy is a wonderful,confident and independent lady but you have to seriously tell her what you want so whatever you guys have would work or better still you know where you stand" "wow!I guess it was just a f*****g misunderstanding and Amelia's got her all riled up that she won't listen to anything I said" I replied sighing "that's on you,we told you to cut her loose cause she was a clingy b***h" Andre said "I did,I never hooked up with her again"I replied frustrated "I think you need to get your girl back,that should be you priority right now,call her and explain" he said and I did but she won't pick so I called Nathan and begged him to get her on the phone.After several minutes she took the phone.

"hello babe,i'm so sorry about tonight,I never wanted it to go down that way,i'm sorry I hurt you" I said "I never slept with Andre" she said,the way her voice shook I knew she was crying,f**k! I made her cry.This is so f****d up "babe please don't cry,can I come pick you,I want to spend the night with you" I asked scared she would reject my offer "okay,but I'll just come with Nathan since we haven't gotten to the apartment, he can divert to your place" "dude i'm officially a cab driver for you guys tonight" I heard Nathan say and Natalie chuckling on the other end of the line,I just smiled.

I sat on the staircase waiting,as soon as Joy walked in,she came running into my arms,hugging her everything felt right again,"i'm sorry I made you cry" I said whispering as the door opened again and Nathan's sister walked in and ran into Andre arms.Both of them chuckled,and I wasn't just interested in anybody except my girl tonight so I took her upstairs.
