Moving on

Judah's POV

Getting to the apartment,I walked in to see Andre and hansel whispering downstairs.As soon as I came in Andre asked "where is Catherine judah,you guys left early last night" "she left early this morning" I said and shrugged getting a glass of water.

"Something came up last night I think you should know of" Andre said "what, how is Natalie, what happened," I said suddenly uncomfortable "well she broke up with mike and they got into a quarrel" Andre answered "We never got to know the full story but I know it wasn't good", Hansel said."I need to see my sister" I said quickly.Nathan walked in and said "hey dude what's up with you and catherine" he said,I guessed he saw her "she is back with Andrew" I replied "what!" Andre said as Joy came down all dressed "what did you just say" Joy replied "she wanted some sort of assurance which I didn't give her quick enough, when I decided to tell her how I felt,she had already left to meet Andrew who has been calling her all week and got back together with him"."i'm going to see Natalie" I said "i'm coming along" Joy said as hansel kissed her "take care babe,judah, Nathan we need to have a meeting since everything would be ready in a month time" hansel said as I walked out nodding.

Soon joy and I walked into the apartment to see Natalie, sitting on the couch with Catherine close by.I ignored her facing Natalie "how are you Nat" I asked "I'm fine,you never said hi to cathrine" she replied smiling "tell me everything" i said even though Joy had told me a little about this in the car.when I heard everything I was fuming "why would you let him treat you like that, you deserve better don't you know that" I asked while she sobbed.I just couldn't see her cry,so I hugged her "i'm sorry Nat,pls don't cry,I hate seeing you like this, I hate not being there for you" I said frantically "Thanks jude, its just after I called things off,I saw how stupid I was not doing that earlier after what happened at our last fight" she said "I love you Natalie,and you have so much love to give just don't let these make you shut down".

"I wish I was there so I could break his face" I said fuming "oh when you left, Andre and hansel went to their apartment to beat him up, even Betty slapped Amy" Joy said."And who took them to their apartment, don't tell me you did that joy"cathrine said "don't even start,and where were you rushing to this morning when I saw you" Joy asked Catherine "what is going on" Natalie asked rubbing my eyes cause I was tired,I decided to get this over with

"Do you want to tell her or do I do it" I asked Catherine "I made up with Andrew so we are now dating" Cathrine said."I thought you guys had a thing"Natalie said "Yea we did but Andrew has changed and he is serious about us now" cathrine replied "Are you going to be fine Nat,cause i'm leaving soon,its my final year and I have a lot going on but if you need me I'll be here for you" I said cause Natalie has always been my priority.

"I'm fine judah,I heard you guys are setting up a social app"Natalie said "I should have known nathan can't keep his mouth shut with you" "who is setting up a social app" nat's friend Julia who had been invisible ever since asked "The guys" Joy said "that is so cool,my dad is also good with programming and can help" she said "Really" I asked while she nodded "I could talk to the guys with you" Julia suggested and I agreed.

"Wow this would be exciting,let me get my shoes,flat or heel" she asked her friends,I quickly cut in "heels definitely,it would give you an edge with the guys"I said laughing cause she had this bubbling personality "ok Nat,i'm leaving take care of yourself" I said as I walked out with Julia who was struggling to pack her hair,taking the hair band from her I packed her hair up while I pulled her to the car and opened the door for her.I stopped when I heard my name, Cathy was calling me.shutting the door when Julia was in I turned to cathrine "Yes cathy,what is it" I asked drily "can we talk in private" she said,turning to Julia I said "Give me a minute" while she nodded

"Judah can we try to be friends" she asked "Everything is so awkward now and I would like us to find a balance" she said "I don't hate you cathy,I never will but I just can't be friends with you,at least not right now. However I promise whenever we meet,i'll try to be civil with you." I said while she nodded "I did care about you judah" she said and it was just awkward "can we not talk about anything between us,its makes me uncomfortable and I don't want to say the wrong thing" I replied "Bye Judah" she said "Bye cathy" I replied, she stepped forward trying to hug me but I stepped back.This hurts like f**k but I know I have to give her space now,so I can heal.

Getting back to the apartment with Julia who explained how her dad could help us launch sooner than we expected. She called her dad and he immediately helped us rectify some issues we had.He even offered to correct some errors we had made.This means we would launch two weeks earlier than we were suppose to.I had to go back to school though but with things going smoothly now we could easily discuss on phone.I avoided cathy while on campus.Soon I was talking to Julia more and we became friends. She told me about her ex who graduated and was working in a law firm in another state but since she never liked the idea of a long distance relationship she broke up with him.She felt it was better they parted as friends than stay in a relationship where one of them ended up cheating on the other.

I checked up on Natalie regularly,she was moving on fine.Everything was going smoothly and I was moving on from Catherine until she decided to come to our app launch with her boyfriend and decided to create a scene.

Natalie POV

As soon as Judah finally left and cathrine got back to the apartment after obviously talking to Judah, Joy and I began asking her questions "cathrine what is this I hear about you getting back with Andrew"I asked "Andrew is really sorry about everything, he wants to make things right and he is serious about our relationship now,he is even talking about getting married after college,you know I want that" she replied "So then why were you f*****g Judah if you knew you weren't over Andrew" I asked "I thought I was,I care about Judah a lot,I love him" she said.

"Then what are you doing with Andrew" Joy asked "Does that seem logical to you,do you do that to someone you claim to love all because a cheating scum comes around and promise to give you the world that isn't his in the first place.what makes you feel Andrew has changed or he sweet talked you again" Joy finished "like I said I do care about judah but we were more of f**k buddies,I was tired of waiting around for him to get serious with me,and Andrew hasn't slept around in a long while, he has worked on himself,I have always loved Andrew right from highschool" cathrine concluded "Aren't you been stupid,Andrew has done nothing to prove he has changed,all this bullshit about him not f*****g around is trash,those are all lies,how can he prove that,haven't you had enough of that circle" Joy said "you won't understand Joy,I know he is telling the truth my friend Mirabella told me its true that he wasn't fooling around anymore" she said "so you decided to dump judah all because you wanted more and couldn't ask him to define your relationship, you said you love him,did you even tell him" I asked "ofcourse I did,I didn't get a reply although he said he told me loved me too but I had slept off but that wasn't the point, I wanted to try one last time with Andrew" cathrine said.

"So you broke his heart after he later told you he loved you" I asked "I never heard him say that,at least not before I got back together with Andrew. He only said it after" cathrine said defensively "And you are still with Andrew trying one last time,so when it fails do you expect Judah to be waiting for you,cause we can't trust Andrew not to cheat again. But do you seriously think Judah won't move on.Think carefully about that cause I don't want to say I told you so" Joy said "what's with you guys questioning me,you know I love Andrew so why can't you be happy for me,is this because he is Natalie's brother" Catharine asked "Yes its because he is my brother that's why i'm asking and because you are my friend.You knew how close we all are so if you weren't over Andrew you shouldn't have slept with Judah" I said "Apart from that,i'm asking because Andrew has the record of being a serial cheater,judah sleeps around yes but he never promises any of those girls anything, they know what they are going to get.But Andrew is always so fast to promise then he cheats on you by double dating first,when he is caught,he breaks up with you for the other girl and later on he eventually breakes up with her and starts sleeping around.You have gone through this circle twice,one would think you would be smarter" Joy said.

"I expect more from you guys cause you are my friends, why are you tearing down the guy I love when he has changed, please I just need your support" cathrine said "I gave mine when the both of you had issues with Andre,even now I heard of your break up i'm supporting you Natalie.please give me a little support" cathrine concluded sobbing "ok Cathy you have my support plus I know Judah would move on just don't get mad when he does" I said "you have my support but just be extra watchful with Andrew cause I don't trust him dear, and so you know Julia has a thing for Judah but I doubt its serious" Joy said.

So we all moved on,discussing about our businesses.Soon cathrine left,I noticed Julia and judah were always texting and calling each other. Finally it was close to their app launch when I asked Julia about it,and she told me they had plans to hook up but both of them weren't interested in a relationship. I was shocked so I asked Julia "why would you guys think of f*****g with no strings attached" "well cause we still have feelings for our ex and we are trying to move on plus we've got needs and chemistry so we just want to f**k so we get it over with and move on to other things" she said laughing

Well I told Joy who unknown to me had already invited cathrine to the app launch and Catherine decided to come with her boyfriend.
