Just then I woke up to find him starring at me like I was some kind of sculpture I don't understand why
"How long have you been awake?" I asked a my face turned red
He didn't give a reply rather his was touching my face running his through my hair I was feeling sparks all over me
"I couldn't sleep so I decided to do a watch night" he replied looking in my eyes making me want him more but there is difference in rank I'm a maid while he is a prince
"I have to go to my duty post"I made it clear to him
"where did you think you're going?" he asked
"Hmm"
"Let me upgrade you" his face was coming closer I could his warmness and his scent was all over me
"Funny, you're not Beyonce so....." I answered him but I feel like he's having a little issues staying away from troubles of life
"Well you can possibly do that but for now I probably love my job" I told him immediately
"Well I can't stop you from that but I need to be with you at least you're my mate aren't you?"
My heart skipped I feel I was betraying him guilt crept in making me feel so sober but it has to be done
"I know but your parents will think that your cheating against your mate" I had to bring back his senses
I watch how his feeling and his reaction changed
"Just get out?" He words came out cold and hurtful making my heart ache
"It's all your fault you made him angry" my wolf told me making it increase the level of guilt to the peak
I took a deep breath and walked out of his room immediately not caring about him neither his feelings anymore
