"Can't I visit an old friend?" Sevrin asked with a confident smile as if the tension in the room did not exist.
"We both know friends are far from what we are," Kael answered. "And your time of visitation is no surprise to me. You always do things the wrong way, and I will let you know that your company is not needed."
Sevrin chuckled lightly.
"Well, I am glad you know that," he said, looking at Kael from toe to head. "So that means we have no problem at all."

Rook stepped forward confidently and offered Kael a polite, and formal nod.
