Morvienne could see the tiny shift in his expression as he realized how really close they were. His eyes flicked up to hers, and if it were possible, she would have disappeared, or rather, melted into the seat. Kael, on the other hand, didn't seem to show any signs of moving as his gaze dropped briefly to her lips. He didn't linger there long, but it was long enough for her to notice before his eyes came back up to hers again. They stared at each other for some minutes, both of them caught in the same tight moment before he broke their little staring competition.
