The next few days consisted of training. Learning and memorizing the path that led to the dragon slayers cave. Raine was focusing on controlling her magic, learning how to use it and conceal it. Their mother and Garrett spend time on Kayla to strengthen her sword abilities because when they leave here, they can’t use their magic until they reach the cave. They couldn’t open a portal because it would alert the arcanists. It will leave a trail of magic which they will sense and use to track them down. It was something they can’t let happen because it would mean they failed and it would mean the end to their realm forever.
It was at least a few days of travel and it was only going to be Kayla and Raine. Nobody else except for the creatures who live in the parts of the realm.
