Jessie’s P.O.V.
This week has been insane. I realized it would be hard work hosting a rodeo, but I didn’t imagine this much. People are coming to me to resolve whatever issues they have, but I’ve been able to handle them in stride. It’s like it’s my calling. There is only one thing bothering me. I’ve spent little time with Willow. My day is long because I leave early and return after dark. And by that time, I’m dead tired.
I can’t wait to get home, though. The best part of my day was crawling into bed with Willow and having her snuggled into my chest. Her body fit perfectly into mine. I can’t imagine ever spending another day away from her. Honestly, I can’t wait for the rodeo to end. Then I can spend more time with Willow.
