Nicolai had just finished getting ready for the day when an urgent knock sounded on his door. He opened it to find two maids, Samantha and Clara, looking worried and panicked.
"What's wrong?"
"Alpha," they bowed in respect. "It's Jasmine. We can't find her in her room."
Nicolai's expression turned serious. "What?" He rushed to Jasmine's room, confirming she was indeed missing.
"Where is she? Where could she have gone?" Nicolai asked, his concern growing.
Samantha stuttered, "W...we have no idea, Alpha. We came to help her get ready for the day, but she wasn't in her room. We've looked everywhere, but we still can't find her."
Nicolai's face set in determination. "Keep searching for her. I'll have the guards search the pack."
