Nicolai was just arriving from work, and he was so surprised to see Jasmine waiting for him outside. He hurriedly parked his car and came out, then he walked up to her.
"Jasmine, why are you outside? It's pretty cold tonight." He said, while hurriedly taking off his jacket and wrapping it around her shoulder. "How long have you been standing here?" He asked.
Jasmine couldn't help but chuckle at his behaviour; how he's so worried about her. "I'm fine, Nick. I haven't been here for too long because I know you'll be returning soon." She smiled. "I guess I was just too excited." She added.
"Excited? About what?"
"I made dinner, and I couldn't wait for you to come home and try it." She replied shyly.
