Blake was aiming his weapon at Mayumi before Naria and Hendrix could get up. He didn’t see much. He just heard screaming and growling and when he came back to check, he saw Mayumi being thrown on the ground a few feet from where Hendrix and Naria are also lying. The mom started screaming and thrashing. In between the three, Blake knew Mayumi was dangerous, so he must protect Naria from her.
Naria found herself on top of Hendrix. Hendrix found himself embracing Naria tightly. When Hendrix saw a blast of blinding light, his instinct was to protect Naria, so he hugged and covered her with his body. When Naria saw the blood of Hendrix’s on her hand electrified Mayumi when she grabbed her.
