"This is one hell of a shift again. Callers are in rage of small things. They're terrible. They are so entitled.", Paul rants while we are having our coffee during break. Stress and discomfort are shown on the faces of the agents. It seems like all agents are receiving irate calls all today.
"Dude, haven't you receive any irate callers during out shift? All of us have, haven't you?", - Paul
"Of course, I have. I just know how to manage them.", I simply say.
Honestly, I receive the same amount of irate callers as most of the agents today, same volume and same complaints. But this won't ruin the good mood I have today.
