Being up since 6am, I couldn’t wait to call Molly. I hadn’t seen her since Monday night and was anxious just to see her. Talking on the phone is excellent, but it doesn’t compare to seeing her. I love hearing her voice on the phone, how she laughs or calls me “Hon.”
I can picture her holding the phone, with those blue eyes and a beautiful smile, but most of all, she is talking to me. These last four days have taken a toll on me.
I know now that I love her, but I’m also trying to temper myself, knowing she may leave. I want us to enjoy the time we have together and not mention anything about going back.
