Ashton’s POV
I was packing up my s**t so I could leave immediately. Having lost not only the title of alpha, but Julissa, there was nothing left for me here.
However, some twisted part of me still wanted her and it pissed me off. A plot started to form in my head, I would get stronger, strong enough to oppose her mate, and I would kill him and take her as my reward.
A grin adorned my face at the thought of having her back. No matter what, she was mine, always has been, always will be. I didn’t give a f**k what fate had to say about it.
When I finished packing up everything and loading it in my car, I sped off. I drove for awhile aimlessly, unsure of where to go. I was aware of a few packs that were further away but wasn’t sure if they’d take me in.
