Elijah’s POV
I woke up early to find Zina snuggled up in my arms breathing slowly and peacefully. I’ve never felt this way about anyone before and it feels amazing. All the other women I’ve dated previously were just bed warmers and I never once felt emotionally attached to them at all until Zina came along.
I didn’t want to wake up the sleeping beauty next to me so I slowly got out of bed after tucking her in and giving her a quick kiss. If waking up next to her would feel this wonderful then I hope everyday from now on I get to wake up next to her.
