Everyone goes to magic academy for their test. After they get 14 years old on that test, most people start as level one ordinary level, but some people can get a better level at starting. In a very rare case, people get level 100 on the first test. They are called Born with a Golden Spoon, because they can study directly at a magical college without going to a magical school, because in a magical school, teachers help students reach level 100 with knowledge of magic and mana flow, but a level-100 person is naturally used to that if they were born as an elemental magician, level 100.

This magic school works as there are 4 different classes.

Level 1-25 beginners class

Level 25-50 intermediate class

Level 50-75 pro class

Level 75-100 new generation class

After this school final test, they will awaken their elemental mana. Elemental mana are 6 types: dark, light, earth, wind, fire, water and every mana type has a clan. For example, fire elemental mana users can join a fire clan. As such, all six mana-type users had 6 different clans. Every clan has a president (like the clan leader). Mostly mythical mana users get that position because they are already above level 500, but after reaching level 500, strength is not based on level. After reaching level 500, their strength is only based on their skills and artifacts.

Flame King - Phoenix soul user is a single man who retired from the fire clan after creating his own mythical mana at level 501, but he's strong enough to be a clan leader

The flame king is the one who owns a different title from his mythical mana. Others have their mythical mana creature as their nickname, but the Flame King is given to them by people for achieving an unheard thing, because he's the person who created his own mythical mana by understanding knowledge of mana. Other mythical mana are given by bloodlines and some shared by legends. Every mythical mana user can share Their essence of mythical mana for a another level 500 magician as a gift. It's an easy way to do it because creating their own mythical mana is difficult because they need an extraordinary understanding of mana and patience, because maybe it will take a long time to awaken their own mythical mana even after reaching level 500.
