CHAPTER 30After putting away some groceries, Miles announced, “I’ll call Pancho to get the details on the meeting he’s arranged. Then I need to check on Ken. I’m worried about him since he hasn’t returned my call.”
Ryan grabbed a couple of beers from the refrigerator. “Sounds good. I’m going up to the pool. Join me when you’re done?”
Miles accepted Ryan’s invitation and then placed a call to Pancho.
“Hello, Miles,” said Pancho. “Here’s what I have for you. At nine tomorrow morning you need to be at a place called the Salty Caesar. There will be a man sitting alone at a table outside. His name is Stefan. All I know is that he’s willing to talk to you. I did not get any indication from my contact how much help he will offer.” Pancho almost sounded apologetic.
