Hi reader, my name is Ryu Ken.

I'm 16 years old. I attend Havgard High School. I'm brilliant with a perfectly curved face, pointed nose, pink lips and a well built body. Yeah, I know what you are thinking, I'm perfect right? Well no is the answer. One of my eyes is ocean blue and the other which is the right side is green with a tint of green. It makes me look cute but people call me a freak, weirdo and some other names. So you see, my life is not perfect

"RING". My alarm wakes me up, but I'm too lazy, so I switched off the alarm. I went back to sleep. I don't know if it is a dream but to I felt my face getting wet and it seems like I'm familiar with this. Then I realised, but before I could open my eyes, I was already on the floor.l open my eyes to see my pet which looks like a dog but it's not, because it also looks like a cat, it's strange because I don't know what it is. But it is as fast as a lightning, weird right?

" Have you taken your bath, Ryu. " My mum said from the kitchen (my mum's name is Diana).

"Yes mum, I'm just coming out of the bathroom. " I lied. Actually, I'm about to enter the bathroom. After taking my bath I went to the dining room to have my breakfast before going to school. My mum Prepared Pancakes.

"Ryu the school bus is outside. "

"I'm almost done mum. " I wore my school bag and went into the bus.

AT SCHOOL, I'm like a celebrity. People gathers me while I'm entering My School. I mean, why won't l be famous. I'm a weirdo, so it is a common thing. As I enter the school, people started saying and laughing.

"It's the weirdo. " A boy said

"Yeah, do you know that he is also a nerd. "

"A nerd? He really is a weirdo."

"Eew, he is a freak."

School went on as usual and I was finally on my way back home.

"What's going on?" I said, being surprised that both of my grand parents and parents are here, looking at me strangely.

"Tomorrow you are going to be 16." My dad said. (His name is Bruce).

"yeah I know, so?" I replied

"We have something to tell you."

"What?"

"You ain't human." My dad said

"Yeah, you are an Elemental." My mum said.

"That's why your eyes are strange."

"Well the truth is that we have super powers." My mum continued.

"I don't understand." I said and my dad started explaining,

"You see in this world every one ain't human. There are monsters just as there are elementals. We elementals lives in this world but, we created another world for our school. The name is ELEMENTAL HIGH. At sixteen, every elemental will start having their powers. That is when your power activates. We elementals protect this world by not letting anyone of those monsters out there coming into this world. To enter another world from any world you are, you have to pass through a portal, and after passing through the portal you land in a place we call the vold. In the vold you just say the name of the world and wait for about ten minutes before another portal which will lead to the world you are going to appears."

"Why not teleport yourself, mean like disappear and appear there." I asked confused.

"I will get to that part. Now back to my story. Within the ten minutes we elementals will get a signal that A person or monster is coming. We will quickly appear at the portal, enter the vold and kill the monster if it is a human we won't come. Sorry for not adding there is a gate keeper at the vold who gives us the signal. He is immortal. And so, to answer your question, there are grades of magic in this world. We elementals can control element, but can also learn some unelemental magic. There are 5 levels of magic, which are namely,

Level B: The weakest of them all,

Full Meaning: Braze.

Level S: Silver.

Level G: Gold.

Level D: Diamond.

Level L: The strongest of them all,

Full Meaning: Legendary.

At school you can check your level to know the kind of unelemental magic you can or can't perform. Some people have unknown which means their magic is lower than level B, but they still have it and can give birth to children of higher levels. Some don't have but they are rare these days. They can perform elemental magic but not unelemental magic and so will their children except if they get married to a person of levelled magic. Some have unlimited, but they are the rarest, we don't think they exist anymore. They can create magic without learning how. Level L is also very rare. Teleport is an easy magic, it's just level B, but to teleport from one world to another requires Unlimited level. Tomorrow being your sixteenth birthday at twelve mid night you meditate.
