Chapter 9Martin Friday rolled in like the tide and Martin found his anticipation at seeing Gethin in person build as the week waned. They’d messaged a few times in the interim. Martin hadn’t been sure whether Gethin would welcome it; but his initial text on Monday asking whether Gethin had had time to practice his horn piece over the weekend had been met with a selfie of him doing exactly that in response.
