The next day at work, Emma walked cautiously into her office, her mind occupied with thoughts of her stalker. As she got to her desk she saw another rose, it was a single black rose. There was a note with it, her hands trembled as she opened it, it read- ‘You’re mine forever.’ She gasped as she dropped it.
After a while of processing that she might actually have a real stalker she called Tina to tell her.
“What! Since when?” Tina asks in disbelief.
“It’s been over 3 months now” Emma says her head facing her shoes down.
“Emma why? Why didn’t you tell me or anybody?” Tina asks
“Okay here’s what’s going to happen, you’re gonna write a complaint and request for an investigation.” She orders.
“Now?” Emma asks. She didn’t want to make a big deal out of it and cause unnecessary attention
