Raya leaped from the floor, away from him.
“I have to go.” She said to Lukas and sped off.
Lukas stared at her. Where does she think she's going? school isn't even over yet. Lukas thought to himself. He watched her run down to the hallway and make a beeline for the stairs.
Raya ran as fast as her feet could take her, not looking back. She hid behind a shrub near the school building. As she sat behind the shrub, she tried remembering why she lay on the floor and why Lukas was the only one there with her. Her memory was a little blurry, the last thing she could remember was a loud stinging noise, and then the girl with the yellow eyes appeared.
