Chapter Eight The ride entered into a stable yard, which consisted of stalls facing inwards to left and right, with a large two-story structure facing forwards, thus forming a rough U shape. There was a large double door to the far left of the main building, with a single wood and stud door in its centre. The second floor I noticed had no windows facing outwards, which in a building of this size seemed unusual to me. Ellie’s guide led her toward the main entrance.
