I considered the proposal, turning it over in my mind.
There was merit to the idea. Holding Ironclaw’s missing Luna would give Bloodfang leverage few Alphas could ignore.
Even so, I dismissed it almost immediately.
Using an innocent woman as a bargaining piece wasn’t a line I intended to cross unless I had no other choice.
“No,” I replied after a moment. “If Raven Moonshadow has gone to such lengths to disappear, she has no desire to be found. I have no intention of wasting Bloodfang’s time or resources searching for a woman who has nothing to offer me.”
