Chapter 12
Nick leaned against the door to Snow’s suite, arms crossed over his chest and legs crossed at the ankles. He positioned himself so he blocked the view from the corridor and watched Todd pick the lock. “Shouldn’t we get into Benning’s room, too?”
Todd looked up a second before he straightened and turned the door handle. It clicked open. “Yes, we should.” He leaned around Nick and looked at Heidi.
“Agreed,” Heidi said.
Nick shifted his weight so he was standing straight again and stuffed his hands in his pockets. He decided he didn’t trust her when she answered in less than twenty words and wasn’t grabbing a chunk of his ass.
“We all agree on something. That’s scary,” Todd said, grinned, and shoved the door open, waving Heidi in. “Ladies first.”
