When we at last drove up into the driveway after a long, silent and tense drive the garage door opened and we drove in I opened my side of the door and with a lot of composure strode out of the garage and into the house even though i wanted to dash in but I did not it want to look like I was running away from him which I was trying to do, as my legs worked carrying me away I prayed and prayed and prayed that Sean would let me go up to the bedroom and pretend to be asleep but as I put my second foot on the steps in my ascent up the stairs I heard Sean call out to me from the entryway and I stopped in my movements and cleared the distaste on my face before turning back and looking at him quizzically.
