Beau Turning around at that moment when I felt her presence behind me and seeing her standing there looking wide eyed and elicit protective emotions in me had almost been too much. The sight of her fading scars had unnerved me and moved me almost to the point of tears, the only thing I had been able to do was wordlessly swoop her in my arms and reassure myself that she was there.
