I was having trouble concentrating at work and after several failed attempts to pay attention to the receipted and book keeping laid out before me I gave up and just spun around in my swivel chair distractedly trying hard not to pick up my phone and give Ivy a call. It was so hard giving her the space to do her own thing because I wanted more than anything to know her every move so that I could protect her and most especially after she had called me last night and I could hear the fear she was trying unsuccessfully to hide from me, after she declined my offer to come pick her up or keep her company I decided that it was best that I let her take the lead and call me when she wanted to and not put pressure on her by calling her incessantly.
