I silently followed after the two girls. There was no queue and the cafeteria wasn’t too full, either.
“Why aren’t there so many people?” I asked out of curiosity. It was lunchtime and there were only a few people.
“Members of the tea club have their lunch there. They also get a special menu. Their usual food is similar to whatever they had in the Student Council the day before. Someone keeps sneaking out the menu of the Council and they get their kitchen to cook it… I think that it’s a bit too crazy. There is a limit to admiring some people… Right, Marie-Anne?” Em asked the girl in front of us, who was already picking up her cutlery and putting it on a tray. She didn’t answer, stop or even look at us. She was too immersed in the food that was there to pick. And there were so many!
