HE'S BACK AGAIN

Gemma sighed, "Well... The guy is Leo, right?" Aurora didn't answer. "Anything good happened? I mean Oma is there so..." "I don't wanna talk about anything else. I already explained how hellish that place is. Now, leave me be." Aurora cut her off. Gemma sighed deeply, getting up from the bed. "Fine then..." She ran her hands through Aurora's hair slowly. "At least we had a little chat." She said softly with a smile, before placing a kiss on her hair. Maybe she needs to speak with Oma to know what's really happening in that college. She's not taking any chances this time. She left the room afterwards... Aurora frowned deeply, exhaling sharply. She doesn't like doing this to her mom but it's like she can't control it. This attitude and anger issue are part of her life now. And the thing is, she doesn't want it to leave her, it's like her shield. EVENING ~ THE LOPEZ RESIDENCE It's almost seven and Oma's heart keeps beating faster at each tick of the clock. She's standing in front of her mirror, looking so classy and beautiful in her white designer gown that stopped below her thighs. Thin strapped. It's an open back gown with a big black bow, resting on her ass. "Breath in... Breath out..." She muttered, but suddenly paused. "What if he's just playing me? What if this is a dare?" Her eyes widened, "Oh my gawd! What if he's a real life Hardin?!" She exclaimed and that's when a woman came in, her mom. She's wearing a night robe. "A car just parked outside, and my goodness, the guy that stepped out is just so charming. You didn't tell me you had a date." She pushed Oma's shoulder playfully, giving her a teasing look. "R-really?" Oma muttered. "Of course, why do you look so surprised like it wasn't planned?" Mrs Lopez asked, and Oma sighed. "Nothing... It's just... Casual." "Casual? With that dress? I don't think so." Mrs Lopez grinned. "I'm serious, mom. Relax." Mrs Lopez wanted to speak but the ding from Oma's phone stopped her. It's a message from him. Mason: Twenty seconds to come downstairs or I'll come there and pull you out. "I have to go." She started leaving. "Ok, darling. Use protection." Oma halted her steps immediately and turned to her mom with an utterly shocked look. "What?!" Oma exclaimed. "What?" Mrs Lopez grinned. "You're impossible, I'm leaving!!" Oma rolled her eyes and shut the door hardly, leaving her squealing mom in the room, the clicking of her heels echoing as she decended the stairs. Immediately she stepped outside, he feet stopped abruptly. Damn! Her mom was right. He's in all black, looking effortlessly dreamy. "He was staring at her too, scanning her body like it was a mission. Pushing off the car he’d been leaning on, he stepped forward slightly, never breaking eye contact." Oma took slow steps to him. "Wow... I mean hi." He smirked. "Speechless? Shocked? I expected. I'm just too fine for the world." He said proudly, looking at the starry sky and she frowned. "Anyway..." He took his eyes to her. "You look gorgeous." He said deeply, his eyes going to her plum lips. "After hyping yourself first? Sure." She rolled her eyes. He leaned in for a kiss but she placed her index finger on his lips. "Don't be too fast. We haven't even left yet." "Take it as a 'glad to meet you' kiss." He pulled her waist. "Mason." Oma whispered. "Control yourself." She unwrapped his hands from her waist. "Fine. As the queen wishes." He opened the door of the passenger seat. "Hop in." He said, Oma went inside, after flipping her shoulder length hair at his face. He chuckled and went to the driver's seat. Soon after, he drove off. Mrs Lopez, who was watching from upstairs squealed like an eighteen year old. "She got such a nice catch." RAVEN MANSION Aurora is in her bathroom that's literally so big like a living room. It's dimly lit, and she's in her bath tub filled with soapy foam. A glass of her favourite wine is in her hand. The rose petals danced around the soapy water and her skin glowed under the dimly lit bathroom. Her hair is back to it's normal colour, black, but the bangs stayed red, and it enhanced her beauty more. She took a sip from the wine glass as she reminisced everything that happened so far at that darn college. The memories coming bit by bit. It's unbelievable that it's only been a week. Seriously. She sank deeper into the tub as the noises echoed in her ears. She could hear it. Oma, the girls, the gossips, the mumblings, Leonard's dirty words. It's only been a week but it's as she already spent a lifetime there. She placed the wine glass aside and closed her eyes with a sigh, dipping herself into the water completely. ***** The room was almost dark, the only illumination came from the dimly lit floor lamp, enough to reveal the wall in front of him. The shrine he made with photos of her — Aurora. Her photos filled the wall, some were photoshopped to make it look like he was with her, smiling happily. Some were photos he took of her secretly, some were the forceful selfies he took with her, some were the photos he took of her from that night. The last time he ever saw her. He's sitting on a chair, facing the wall, holding a photo of her sleeping in the library in highschool. "I missed you... Darling." He whispered, his voice sounding so unfamiliar even to himself. All thanks to surgery and voice training. He inhaled deeply and started humming. That song she used to love so much. He had recorded her singing it, her giggles, and he played it every single night. There's an open perfume bottle on the table next to him, her favourite. With this he always felt her close. The scent filled the room. "We'll meet soon, my love... Soon." He muttered letting the scent, her beautiful voice and the obsession wrap around him completely, with his eyes staring intently at the photo in his hand.
