I could hear their voices on the other side of door even though they were all in separate rooms. The sun was rising and I was sure Amabell was asleep. I was no stranger at being out all night but this night was different. I didn't want to be out. I wanted to be in bed with Amabell wrapped in my arms like every night before this. I wanted to watch her sleep, watch her wake up and spend the day with her and Chad. I wanted to be in there right now. I knew my way around so sneaking in wasn't going to be hard. Staying quiet was a bit of a challenge with my family in there. They always knew when I was out and coming back in no matter how quiet I was.
