CHAPTER LXXXV. SIR RICHARD MAKES PLANS. Johanna had had a long time to herself in Todd’s shop now. When first he left upon that expedition of murder, she had almost been afraid to stir, for she had feared he might momentarily return; but as his stay became longer and longer protracted, she plucked up courage.
