“A project?” Olivia reacted as if she never knew what a project was. But it was unusual of Mr. Duvall for informing us about the project just a day before submitting it.
“You are seniors and a daytime is enough for you to prepare” he asserted, ignoring the complains and grumbles of us, students.
“But Sir, researching takes a lot of time,” I said. “I don't think twelve hours will be enough for us. ”
He shook his head. He has made up his mind to hear nothing against it. “That is enough time. Now we shall discuss our topic we left the other day” he firmly announced.
Olivia and I shared a glance and turned our attention to our textbooks.
