SHE wasn't there. I should be feeling glad but I wasn't. She haven't told her Mom anything which was also a good thing for me. But I couldn't just feel at ease. What was wrong with me? Ugh! When I was going back to my house, crossing the road I noticed her. Yep, she was walking to her house but she paused at the gate, turning her head towards my direction. I was involuntarily alert and there was my heart drumming inside my chest. Our eyes locked but hers was cold and glacial. She mouthed something and continued to her house. I gulped, tensed as to what she meant. “I will get back to you, pigeon” that was what she said. That was a warning and her warnings were definitely not good. Stop thinking about it, Astra.
